AMERICAN LAGER  – $6.00

Our lager is a smooth light colored brew made with a blend of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Czech Saaz hops for an easy drinking flavor profile.

BELGIAN STYLE TRIPEL – $7.00

This tripel has a big nose of banana and clove with a peppery taste and nice warmth.  Coming in a little over 11% ABV, it is a bigger beer, but still very drinkable. 12oz pour

BODICIOUS BLONDE – $6.50 

Blonde Ale

Our blonde is a little bolder than most with flavor derived

from Motueka hops from New Zealand.  

HONEY LAGER – $6.50

American Honey malt gives this easy drinking lager warm biscuity, honey-like notes.

MEXICAN LAGER –

Flaked maize in the mash balanced with Czech Saaz hops separates this beer from the traditional American lager.

Light and crisp.

 

MOSAIC IPA – $7.00

This beer is based on our love of the Mosaic hop. Hop additions during whirlpool and dry hopping with additional Mosaic hops during fermentation, give this beer floral, fruity, tropical and earthy notes unique to this hop.

 

NE IPA – $7.50

Citra, SImcoe, and Amarillo hops compline with London

Ale III yeast to give this hazy IPA a juicy expression.

 

HAZY IPA – $7.00

White wheat in the malt bill makes for a crisp mouthfeel in this beer.  Cascade, Citra and Mosaic hops provide a refreshing flavor profile. 

 

ONLY ONE – $6.50

Scotch Ale

A copper colored medium bodied beer with malt forward flavor and strong caramel notes.

  

PORTER – $7.00

Fuggle hops make this an earthy beer with a touch of sweetness from the addition of chocolate malt.

 

WEST COAST IPA – $7.00

Dry hopped with Cascade, Citra and Columbus and a varied malt profile gives a nice piney complexity to this pale ale.

The Great Dane – Crop Circle Wheat – $4.50 (12oz can)

German-Style Hefeweizen

Slightly cloudy and made with imported German yeast, Crop Circle delivers familiar aromas and flavors of classic Hefewiezen beers. Add a lemon slice to make it extra nice.

A favorite of style of many, our Märzen style lager is made with US grains that have been malted to European flavor profile.  Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops balance a malty finish.  Late to the party but, still time to enjoy.
